His career spans high-level security for a Fortune 500 company, along with extensive experience in executive protection for both celebrities and government officials worldwide. As a registered instructor in executive protection, a member of the Board of Executive Professionals, and a certified Stop the Bleed instructor, law enforcement instructor, and TCCC (Tactical Combat Casualty Care) practitioner, Alexander brings a robust, multifaceted approach to security leadership. His commitment to safety, expertise, and professionalism ensures that ARX sets the standard for elite protection services.

With 25 years of expertise in the electrical field, Cedric joined forces with Alexander in 2020 to co-found ARX Protective Services LLC. Cedric is a certified Executive Protection Agent in both the United States and Colombia, an instructor of executive protection, and the head of ARX’s technical departments, overseeing alarm and camera installations and bug sweeps. His extensive technical background, combined with his security expertise, ensures ARX delivers cutting-edge and reliable protection services.

Millicent brings over a decade of expertise in the hospitality industry to her role as Operations Lead at ARX Protective Services. With a proven track record of elevating operational performance and exceeding client expectations, she plays a pivotal role in ensuring ARX’s commitment to excellence.

Throughout her career, Millicent has excelled in managing luxury operations, leading high-performing teams, and driving transformative quality improvements. Her certifications in Rooms Division and as a Hospitality Trainer reflect her dedication to professional growth and innovation in service delivery.
